The office of Mayor of Peoria is a non-partisan office. As Mayor, I must be engaged with people from across the spectrum politically. The Mayor must treat all residents equally regardless of their sexual orientation. Please, see how I answer the questions coming in from organizations to understand how I will lead and what I am telling people.
Ask for transparency in your candidates. My competition is not releasing their answers, does it make you wonder why? If a candidate won't be open and honest with you while running for office, can you expect them to lead with honesty and transparency once elected?
