Local Entrepreneur and Urban Farmer declares candidacy

Its hard to believe that it was just a week ago that I declared my candidacy for Mayor of Peoria. In that time, I have had an outpouring of support, some great phone calls and emails, and now start on the long journey of being a political candidate. I know that this will not be an easy task. I look forward to the challenge and getting to know others in the community that are making a difference in their part of the city. To that end, if I can meet you where you do your work, please let me know. I would love to come see what you are doing to make our town even better, and to learn how I can help you as the Mayor.
